Michael is the founder of The Clemente Team, leading DeSimone Real Estate’s Westchester office, currently residing in Larchmont. He grew up on Long Island with Founder/Owner, Serafino DeSimone, who approached Michael to spearhead the company's expansion into the Westchester market, as Vice President of Sales and Business Development.
Before assuming his current role, he held the position of Leasing Manager at Related Companies, one of the nation's largest real estate developers. His primary mission was to expand their luxury leasing division in New York City. His achievements of consistently generating the highest revenue in the portfolio, while maintaining the highest closing percentage, earned him the distinction of being the company's top agent nationwide. This experience granted Michael profound insights into the overarching dynamics of the real estate market, the intricacies of operations within the high-volume industry, and the nuances of luxury residential and commercial development.
Before venturing into real estate, Michael spent five years in finance at JP Morgan within the Alternative Investments space, catering to private equity and hedge fund clients and their investors, honing his financial acumen and strategic thinking skills.
Michael’s diverse background in both finance and real estate, helped him achieve a wealth of knowledge with a robust network of contacts, making him a formidable force in the competitive real estate market. Now proudly calling Larchmont his home base while leading his accomplished team, Michael remains deeply passionate and committed to what he loves most—assisting individuals in their transitions to the next chapters of their lives, regardless of what or where those chapters may be.
