Remington Joyce

Remington is a dedicated real estate professional passionate about guiding clients through one of life’s biggest milestones—selling their home. Originally from Michigan, he began his real estate career at a young age with DTN Management, overseeing leasing operations for 17 rental properties.

Following his undergraduate education, Remington joined Related Companies in New York City, managing the leasing of Hudson Yards and its luxury rental portfolio. He later relocated to Washington, D.C., where he led the lease-up of luxury properties One Hill South and 10K, achieving a 97% occupancy rate within a year and exceeding renewal targets at 65%.

In 2024, Remington partnered with Michael Clemente to launch DeSimone Real Estate’s Westchester office. Known for his strong communication and empathetic approach, he is committed to understanding his clients’ goals and delivering exceptional results.
